Everything starts with a thought. If you don’t have consciousness to think a thought, you can’t create anything.
Every single thing that has ever been created by humans has been created with a thought in someone’s brain first. No exceptions. If you don’t allow yourself to think, you can’t create anything.
If you don’t think on purpose, you won’t create anything purposeful. The first step is to become aware of what you are thinking and manage it, and the next step is to create thoughts on purpose. We often don’t think of creation as something that happens in our brain, but it’s where all true creation starts.
We create thoughts. Then, and only then, do we create things.
The thought has to be created first.
A thought is a sentence.
You create a sentence, and then you create the result of that sentence.
Dreams are literally sentences realized.
Do you want to make your dreams come true?
1. Create a sentence in your brain. Example: I will lose 3kg this month.
2. Believe the sentence, so you feel it. Feeling your sentence will have a direct impact on your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind does not differentiate between reality and imagination.
3. Act on the feeling. You will feel determined. Your mind will come up with ideas to help you to figure out how to be creative in your meals. How to keep you motivated. You will act automatically (subconsciously)
4. The action creates the result. Your dream comes true.
Ok, but now how to commit to a sentence because remember, you still have a primitive brain that is freaking out and telling you:’’ Oh my God, if you change your habits, we are going to die. Something wrong is happening. STOP now’’
Just tell him that you listened to him, and that is going to be ok. His voice will immediately shut down. But be aware, he will come later and the next time his voice will be softer and softer.
Just keep it simple as creating a new thought and believing it. Keep on practicing the new thought by believing it and feel how it is to lose 3 kg. If you commit to believing it, feeling it, and acting on it, you will create the result it promises.
You don’t hope for it. You don’t try for it. You don’t wish for it.
You commit to it, and then you go to work.
Discomfort is a given. Dive in.
